Welcome to Northport and the State and Nationally Award-winning Northport Schools!  Northport School District was founded in the 1950’s and has over the years been home to award winning student scholars, athletes, activities and teams.  Our instruction is delivered by an outstanding and caring group of educators and is based upon a rigorous curriculum. We offer our students a very rich program of studies throughout the entire school, from Early Childhood through 12^th grade including the availability of Spanish, French & Chinese.  We are the recipient of the US Department of Education “No Child Left Behind-Blue Ribbon School” for excellence, The School of Distinction Award, The Washington State School of Excellence award and the Johns Hopkins University Certificate of Recognition.

You will find on these web pages a glimpse of our school and its offerings for our students and the community. Our enthusiastic, multi -talented faculty and staff come from many different backgrounds which bring a wonderful perspective to the school.  There are currently many students who attend school at home through an electronic connection and programs called Homelink.  We also offer an alternative program called Classlink.  The faculty, staff and parents are continually working together to keep our evolving curriculum and program offerings in line with changing world demands in order to prepare students for a future of work and service.
